booked in april between time of booking the car parks were renamed and renumbered no one told us. not good

It's been great, but this time someone put a very small dent in the driver's door , I have used your service with no problems , but more room is needed so when people open doors to there cars it does not hit other people's cars ........

Not impressed with signage ended up in mid stay car park did not find long stay quite a hike from terminal with rough paths pulling suitcase disc did not operate exit barrier had to phone to get release

Entry to car park went smoothly, parking space within a couple of minutes not squeezed in which was a good point. On arrival back straight to car park and out within five minutes well done

No we were stuck in car park fir/40mins as the disc wasnt accepted and we couldnt contact the advisor. When we did...she said she would raise barrier....20 mins later still waiting..totally unacceptable and a refund is in order i strongly believe!

Everything was fine for us, the park is well within walking distance to the departure area. My only thought was that if it's raining, as it often is, the walk would be pretty unpleasant as the walkway is totally exposed.

All the car park names changed while we were away. This must have been known before we went. Clearly we remembered where we left the car but I'm sure the lack of clarity might have confused some people.

There were no spaces in the car park when we arrived and took ages for the help to be answered. Eventually moved to another car park and then couldn't get out on our return after another delay with help line being answered. Very poor service.

Couldn't find car park for quite a while kept driving round until eventually we saw a sign on floor which read formally long stay 3 picked sign up so could be seen so all was well

Long Stay 3 has changed its name to Mid Stay 1 at E Mids airport and you emailed the person who booked three cars into there the day before travel. It would have been rather easier if that info had arrived somewhat sooner. Phone calls had to be made to make sure the info was seen by all drivers in our family group.
The worst ting though was that the car park was full on arrival. Having entered the car park ( number plate recognition) I was stuck inside the barrier with nowhere to park and no one answering the intercom contact at the barrier.eventually security answered and spent about mins organising a different parking area, letting me out of Mid Stay 1 and letting me in to Mid Stay 2 which was very inconvenient and stressful when we had a plane to catch. I also had to pre warn my fellow travellers in two other cars about the problem, and they had to make similar arrangements on arrival. This was not an experience I want to repeat. I feel that Holiday Extras did not meet their contract obligations in acting as an agent for the car park bookings and I expect you to refund charges incurred along with some compensation for the stress caused.

You notified me at the eleventh hour that the car parking area had a name change from Long Stay 3 to Mid Stay 1 which was annoying. Another family member had booked my car parking as well as his own and had to contact me to explain the change.
However on arrival the allocated car park was full and our party (3 cars booked into Mid Stay 1 via Holiday Autos) went through a lot of hassle and stress to get parked up in another car park and get to our flight on time. Not a good start to a holiday and I would suggest you did not fulfill your 'contract' with the customer. I think the cost of parking should be refunded under the circumstances.

Parking at EMA was very smooth and efficient - just a few minutes walk to the terminal. But take the bus if you don't want to carry your luggage along the pavement.

Staff very helpful, arrived at airport and changed car details recognised as gate opened.
Returned and it took two attempts to trigger the gate on exit but I knew I could contact the helpline and they would open the gate.

When we booked it was long stay 3 on return, long stay 3 didn't exist after an hour searching for it we managed to find a member of staff who informed us that name had now been changed to mid stay 1 with no information anywhere! T

Yes, car park numbers changed while we were away but was not a problem.

Car park abit further away than I thought, and my mother had walking difficulties, so this wasn't to good. Barrier would only open for one of the cars I booked for, even though this wasn't to much of a problem upon our return.

Only minor improvement would be a few large pedestrian exit sign as it wasnt that clear where the gap in the fence was to walk to departures.

When we arrived at the car park, our number plate was not recognised so we rang the bell to await assistance. We rang, rang, rang and rang. I got out of the car and rang the buzzer on the other side and also on the opposite side of the road, so we had 3 machines ringing out, with no reply. By this time we were getting stressed as we had sat there for over minutes waiting for assistance. Eventually my husband had the brainwave of backing the car up towards the number plate recognition machine, this worked and the barrier opened. We went and parked up and walking back, we could still hear the machines still ringing out for assistance. Not the best start to our holiday.
