If you're looking for the most convenient way to park at Edinburgh airport, look no further. Drive to the airport where you'll be met by a friendly Park and Fly driver who'll park you car for you in Park and Fly's secured car park while you catch your flight. When you get back, the driver will be waiting with your car where you left it. It's like having your own VIP parking space at the terminal.

Arrival at Park and Fly Meet and Greet
Please call Park and Fly on 0131 333 4111 when you are 15 minutes away from the terminal so that they can dispatch a driver to meet you. If you are using a sat nav, please us postcode EH12 9DN. Have your booking confirmation and reference number to hand.
Once you've arrived at the Pick Up zone go through the barrier and take a ticket. Your Park and Fly driver will be waiting for you in the right corner of the zone and will be carrying ID. You'll need to unload your luggage, hand your car keys and car park ticket to the driver, whilst they will take a look at your car for any noticeable damage.
Make sure you have your return flight details to hand, as the driver will require this information for your return.

Arriving at the airport
Please call Park and Fly when you are 15 minutes away from the terminal so that they can dispatch a driver to meet you. Have your booking confirmation and reference number to hand.
Drop your car off at the Pick-Up zone and a member of the team will meet you there.
The driver will check your car for damage. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car in a secured car park.
Returning to the airport
Once you've collected your luggage, call the car park to request the driver to meet you with the car. You'll meet the driver where you were met on arrival.
On your return to Park and Fly Meet and Greet
Once you've collected your luggage, call Park and Fly on 01313 334 111 and they'll bring your car back to where you dropped it off, while you make your way to the Pick Up Zone.
More information
- The car park is only able to pay for 15 minutes' parking for your car in the Pick Up Zone when you drop your car off, and again when you pick it up, so you should try to arrive at the agreed times. If you are running late, you can call the car park on 0131 333 4111.
- You will need to make sure that Park and Fly has your full return flight details in order for them to have your car ready without you phoning them. If you don't provide correct flight details they cannot guarantee that your car will be ready on time when you get back.
-Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.
