The car park did not register I was one paid. I had to tell them at the barrier. It worked perfectly at Newcastle but as I say Edinburgh needed me to tell them booking ref.

It was difficult to work out how to exit having prepaid. We had to take a ticket to access the carpark and when we inserted it at the end of the stay we were asked to pay over £400. I used the call button and the helper could not find our booking at first. When he eventually did we were allowed to exit, but far from straightforward.

Paid online to make parking easier. When trying to leave the the ticket wasn't accepted by machine. Went into your attendants office who told me to go back and try again and if not press the intercom. He left me waiting at the intercom for a long time. When he did come on he asked for a reference number. I said I didn't have it as my phone was dead. He said he needed it. At this point I did use ' abusive language' as he called it. I wouldn't call it abusive but frustrated language. I will not use your company again, and I do have a lot of trips coming up.

Everything went smoothly plenty parking spaces and on return just exit and ticket barrier recognises you have paid so no need to validate ticket.

The parking location was very good.
However we were delayed returning by hours and the extra charge for ONE DAY was £47!!!! This was nearly as much as the whole 2 week charge!
When we got to the barrier, the payment facility was not available and we required assistance. There was NO indication of which button to use for help, so a big queue built up behind us. We eventually got someone on the speaker and then had to abandon our car to go to a booth and pay the extortionate extra fee.

The written directions were not clear enough as when we arrived we did not know if we were in the right car park as it had all letters but did not state this on the directions. We had to phone for help.
The camera did not detect the correct car registration and when we were leaving we were asked to pay £115.00 and had to call for help.

I have parked at the terminal before, so am happy with it. Our ticket didn't work though and we had to phone ticket station - so would have been stressful if there were cars behind us at exit.

I altered the booking to leave at 9.30pm. In fact we left at 8.30pm but still got a surcharge. To make it worse, when I tried the ticket again, the surcharge increased from £5.90 to £8.60!!
