Arrival at Ace Meet and Greet
Call ACE Meet and Greet on 01293 533 000 and choose option 1 around 20 minutes before you arrive and drive to the terminal's Short Stay car park. Enter the Short Stay car park and take a ticket from the barrier. At the North terminal, head to Car Park 6 on Level 1, and at the South terminal, look for the Orange car park on Level 1. Park in rows D or E and look for the Approved Operator area. You'll see a Maple Manor vehicle nearby. Maple Manor deal with all ACE's parking and a uniformed driver will be waiting for you by the vehicle.
Make sure to take all of your belongings out of the car, including your car park ticket, and walk over to meet your driver. The driver will take a photo and check your car over for damage, and you'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information. Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage. All you need to do then is head to check-in while your car is parked for you in ACE's secured car park.
Getting to and from gatwick airport
When you get to the airport...
...head for the Short Stay car park, park your car and hand in your keys at reception. From there, it's just a short walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car for you in a secured car park.
When you get back...
...just walk to the Short Stay car park where you left your car and pick your keys up from reception. Your car will be waiting for you right outside so you can drive straight home.
On your return to Ace Meet and Greet
When you've cleared security and picked up your bags, give ACE another call on 01293 533 000 - option 1 - and they'll bring your car back to you in the Short Stay car park. You'll be given some documentation to sign and asked to check over your car again, then your keys will be handed back to you along with a ticket to get out of the car park. You'll need to make sure you leave quickly or the airport may charge you for being in the car park for too long.
If you get back early, you'll need to call ACE 24 hours before you arrive so they can get your car back to you in time.
