      "Everything was first class. I would say that I was unable to print off a good clear map of directions. I must recommend the help we received from one of your employers. We arrived at the airpark about 7am Sunday March 14th. My husband wasn't at all well, this young man noticed and brought him a drink of water, then he explained to me exactly what to do and helped me to carry the cases to the car. He was a great help making it so much easier for me to manage, I think he must be a great asset to your team. Please thank him for me!" 10 / 10

      "Hotel was very good with a excellant meal. Directions from hotel to car park were very good also however on our return from holiday there were no direction back to M23 from the carpark and as it was dark and raining hard at the time this would have been helpful." 9 / 10

      "When we checked in at the car park before our departure we were dealt with speedily and efficiently by a welcoming member of staff. Upon our return, the return journey from the South Terminal was on time and upon arriving back to collect our vehicle, the gentleman who dealt with us could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be using this service again for our future holidays departing from Gatwick" 10 / 10
