• Airparks Drop and Go The frequency of the buses was fine and the distance from the terminal was acceptable. However, we were required to load our (heavy) cases onto racks, some of which were quite high, ourselves without any assistance. Our experince of other similar car park servics is that they either load cases and bags or at least give some assistance.

• Airparks Drop and Go We arrived on time but had to wait longer than expected for a bus to take to airport terminal, Was busy so had to wait outside in the cold! which then made the beginning of our holiday a rush. We had no time to do any duty free shopping. We had even checked in on line before arrival. So in future if we used this service we would arrive earlier than stated on booking info.

• Airparks Drop and Go Yes overall it went well. We were well directed and did not have to wait long for a bus to whisk us to the airport. However there was a bit of a wait upon return and the car seemed very dusty! We were later than scheduled but you did not charge any extra which we appreciated.

• Airparks Drop and Go I have used Airparks a few times now and I am always pleased with the service they provide. I have never waited more than about ten minutes to get the bus to the airport or the return bus. Their system is so simple and easy to follow.

• Airparks Drop and Go Airparks car park was quite a way from the terminals but buses were frequent. Directions to it were good. Having car delivered to terminal on arrival back also saved time but did cost around £20

• Airparks Drop and Go There was only one small concern, when picking up the car. There where 2 ques, one customer had an issue. At this point people are always tired, one que moving and one not! One que with 2 counters would be a better system, with not frustrations!
  But all in all very happy and we will continue to use the service whenever we travel from Gatwick
