• Airparks Drop and Go Services excellent and staff helpful. Only concern was getting on the wrong bus back to the wrong car park! A reminder that both companies use the same stand so ensure you choose the RIGHT one would greatly assist.

• Airparks Drop and Go I found all the staff helpful and friendly. Everything worked very efficiently.The instructions on how to reach Airparks were spot on. The only thing that could be improved would be to have the shuttle coaches leave every 15 mins instead of every 20.

• Airparks Drop and Go Pick up at Gatwick Airport could be better. Why when people were waiting at stand 7 did the bus stop at stand 6 where no one was waitng? This isn't the first time either that it has happened.

• Airparks Drop and Go Everything went according to plan except I misread the road map e'mailed to me and had to do a slight detour on the way there(took all of 5 minutes more)
  The staff were very good but we could have done with some verbal communication when waiting for the bus to depart Aiparks base but all in all no real complaints.

• Airparks Drop and Go The booking process was as easy as ever and the parking was fine. We booked a silver valet which was a high standard. The bus was only 5 minutes when we arrived back at 2am in the morning and the driver gave us a friendly greeting

• Airparks Drop and Go When we returned our ticket said go to bus stop 6 or 7....other travelers had 7 or 8....so three stops,each with a few waiting,no one knowing where bus will stop,we were one of the first there after just missing a bus but one of the last to board so luggage space and a seat in short supply,as over 65s,its hard to lift cases almost head height to put on rack as all lower racks full..

• Airparks Drop and Go It's a bit of a hike between bus stop 7 and the North terminal and buses could be a bit more frequent. Other than that, very good, so 8/10.

• Airparks Drop and Go All arrangements were so easy and quick. We parked our car, removed cases, gave our key in to reception, got on bus with cases and were at the terminal in no time at all. As our flight arrived back nearly midnight, we paid extra and had our car delivered to the Airport. We rang, as instructed, on receiving our cases, followed the directions given back to us and when we arrived at the given point, our car was waiting for us. Superb service - we always use Holiday Extras and will continue to make use of this excellent service. Many thanks to all!

• Airparks Drop and Go very easy to locate parking site, efficient check in - took a few seconds to red boxes to put the keys in! as did the other couple who arrived at the same time. transfers to and from airport good. and we arrived back to Gatwick at 1am.
