• Airparks Gatwick Park and Ride (flexible) We thought we were booking a service where the car was brought to the collection point but in fact was a walk away in the carpark, altho not a long walk, the service would be improved by moving cars nearer so you are not having to drag suitcases through a badly lit carpark late at night. Our passenger window was left open on arriving to our car... it was raining, thankfully not heavily otherwise we would have had a sodden car.

Directions from hotel to car park were very good also however on our return from holiday there were no direction back to M23 from the carpark and as it was dark and raining hard at the time this would have been helpful.

Upon our return, the return journey from the South Terminal was on time and upon arriving back to collect our vehicle, the gentleman who dealt with us could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be using this service again for our future holidays departing from Gatwick

• Airparks Gatwick Park and Ride (flexible) Overall pretty good, thanks! Airparks was quite a long way from the terminal and quite hard to find. also on the return the instrucitons were not clear and the freephone number at bus stop 5 was for BCP and didn't work anyway.
