"What can I say? The car park was easy to find, we waited at the bus stop for 5 mins for the bus which took us straight to the north terminal. Again on the way back we got to the bus stop and the bus turned up straight away! Excellent service will definately use you again." / 10

"Parking was good all paid for online car park is easy to get to. Pull up to the barrier, number plate is recognised and your ticket pops out. Park the car get on the bus, job done. On return, collect your car, put the ticket back in the barrier and go. No queues no fuss." / 10

"Your service gives us a very easy start to our holiday by simply meeting us at the airport terminal and taking our car away. It's also nice to have the car returned to the terminal promtply when we get back. We have always found your staff polite and courteous. We have used this service regularly for the past 4 or 5 years and the cost is not much more expensive than normal airport parking." / 10

I used the facility where they met us at the airport terminal which was great just 5 minutes after picking up our baggage and following a 10 hour flight. Again, the lady that brought our car to us was very friendly with good conversation and humour - we were glad to be back home!" / 10

The added bonus being that you can pay for the car to be delivered to the airport arrivals at a very reasonable cost, giving us hassel free traveling after our journey. We also book overnight sccommodation, leaving our car there for longer stays (which we have done for September). Again hassel free. "The web site the bus ran at ten minute intervals. Infact on leaving the car it was waiting at 20 minute intervals plus 10 minute journey time. As it happened I was in good time but the wife and kids were a bit worried when I dropped them off and did not return for fifty minutes. Not the end of the world but it could have been if I was short of time. Otherwise pretty good service friendly staff and good organisation." / 10

"Gatwick Long Stay Parking was good. Altough we just missed a bus another one came along in 5 mins to take us to South Terminal. We had a very jolly busdriver, considering it was only 6am, who gave us all the necesary information about where to catch the bus on return, etc. On return we had to wait for 15 mins before our bus turned up to take us back to our car. Interestingly it was the same bus driver as we had on the outbound trip and he was sill just as jolly at 5pm." / 10

"When we arrived at the barrier the number plate recognition picked up the car registration and printed it our ticket. Then when leaving we approached the barrier entered our ticket into the machine and the machine told us we still owed £72, so I had to reverse the car and enter the building were a lovely lady apologised and activated our ticked which allowed us to exit. Apart from that the frequency of the buses was excellent and the journey too and from the airport was short and I would definitely use the parking services again." / 10

"We booked the Airport parking plus Meet & Greet with Maple Manor. The car was collected from us within 10 minutes of arriving at Gatwick, it seemed to be a very busy time but overall we didn't have to wait too long. On our return it took a bit longer, about 20 minutes to get the car back but once again it was a very busy time where a lot of flights had come in at the same time. We were slightly apprehensive as it is a new car but as it turns out there was no need to worry as the drivers were very careful. The car was returned to us with no damages, it was not dirty or muddy and there were only a few extra miles on the clock that justified the distance to wherever the car was parked. Overall I am satisfied with the experience and will be happy to use this service again." / 10

"I booked to park at Gatwick in the long stay carpark at the south terminal. We used the postcode given, which cleary stated 'South terminal' to find our destination using Satnav. However we were confused when this took us directly to the long stay - north terminal car park. Our experience would have been a 10 if it hadn't been for this." / 10

"We found the system used to identify your parking space slightly confusing. When we got dropped off in the dark we had great difficulty finding our car. There seems to be three bustops for each area, and we were dropped off at the wrong one. It needs to be made clearer when you arrive, as you are tired when you get back. Also we didn't need to go to the reception building to change our ticket, even though your info told us we did." / 10

Only slip up was that it wasn't clear we should put the arrival of our flight down for pick up as we put down a time a few hours later just in case and then found our car was not ready for pick up. That said, Airparks retrieved our car very quickly. Would definitely re-use and recommend Holiday Extras." / 10

Would it not have been possible to have been advised of this change at the booking stage? "Good facility but over priced. We could have got cheaper at the airport with a better transport service. Over £90 for 2 weeks, when we could have stayed in a hotel for one night and had free parking for much less. Normally your prices are more competitive, so I will think more than twice next time." / 10

"Excelent service, I was offered, car to airport and car wash also, had it been just a little cheaper would have gone for it. But the staff were very helpful talking me in to find your location. I think you should publish your postcode in the directions though so that sat nav can find you without needing directions, thats why you got a 9 instead of 10" / 10

"Airparks not specifically signposted from Gatwick - initially went to wrong longstay car park where I was given more detailed directions (I probably wouldn't have found it from the directions on the booking confirmation). Otherwise all smooth - you need to confirm your flight arrival time for collection - no need to allow extra time for delays otherwise your car won't be ready. 20 min frequency of shuttle - make sure you leave enough time if you just miss a bus. Would probably use again if decide to drive to Gatwick although train more convenient if flight times permit." / 10

"I found the staff particularly helpful especially as i had to amend my booking within hours of travelling due to my car breaking down and therefore having to use a different vehicle. The operator I spoke to was very understanding and sympathetic. The 24 hour call centre is in invaluable service. Thank you." / 10

"Arrived at the car park and was able to park straight away. Reception took the keys in a prompt, friendly manner and our transfer coach was ready to board in order for us to start our great holiday. This is the 2nd time we have used holiday extras and we will continue to do so." / 10

"We where very happy with your service, it was the cheapest when we where checking the prices. When we arrived at th parking, your services was quick and easy to use and we did not have to wait long for the bus to the airport, it was the same good service when we got back. "We panicked the morning we were leaving to discover that our luggage 4 suitcases,3 children & 2 adults would not all fit into our toyota so we had to book a further car in. I did this on line at about 4.15am!!Thankfully there was no problem." / 10

"Excellent service went very well, no problems at all. We just parked the car in a space, went to reception to hand the key in then got the bus to the terminal, which took 10 minutes. On the way back, got to the car park, went to reception (staff were very helpful and cheerful, especially at 4:30am) then got our keys, found the car and drove home. Fantastic. Will definitely do the same next time. My friends and family now use the service too." / 10
