Arrival at Gatwick Long Stay South
Drive to the barrier and wait up to 10 seconds for your vehicle registration to be recognised. You'll be given a ticket with your booking reference shown above the barcode. You'll need to keep the ticket safe for your return.
Drive in and find a space in the open parking zone. Make a note of where you've parked, keep your keys and head to the bus stop. The car park's shuttle buses run 24 hours a day every 10-12 minutes and are included in the price. The journey takes 7-12 minutes.
Getting to and from Gatwick airport
Arriving at the car park
Driving directions for the car park and a postcode for satnavs will be on your booking confirmation.
Drive to the barrier and your number plate will be scanned. The entry barrier will lift automatically and give you a ticket with your booking reference on. Drive in and find a space in the open parking zone - you can keep your keys while you're away.
Catch the included shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs 24 hours a day every 10-12 minutes and takes 7-12 minutes.
Returning to the car park
When you get back catch the shuttle bus to the car park. Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier which will lift automatically. If it doesn't rise press the intercom button for assistance and give them your reference number.
On your return to Gatwick Long Stay South
Once you've collected your luggage follow the signs for South Terminal Exit/Car parks. Exit the South Terminal on the first floor & upper forecourt, turn left and go to the Long Stay car park bus stop. Check the bus is going to the correct zone and let the driver know where you have parked when you get on.
Drive to the exit barrier, insert your ticket and the barrier will open. If there is no booking reference on your ticket you'll need to validate your ticket before leaving. To do this go to the reception building adjacent to the exit with your ticket and booking reference and your ticket will be validated.

Early or late? If you park any longer than booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
