Everything went smoothly on arrival. When trying to leave something had not registered so I was asked to pay again so I went to the office where the lady on duty corrected the problem.

NPRS did not recognise the number plate, had to go to car park reception to validate ticket on exit. That apart the service was very good.

No automatic recognition so had to park up at 00:30 get out in cold and have ticket validated. Extended journey time and should not have happened.

Long Stay south is very convenient. Shuttle was quick and lots of room. Only negative was the barrier did not recognise our registration and our pre-payment so when entering and when leaving we had to ring for service and explain everything to customer services on the phone. In the end it was ok but this was a little frustrating and had not happened before.

On arriving back to my car we proceeded to the exit barriers but automatic machine did not recognise my prepaid ticket, which was worrying and asked for £165. This caused a delay for other cars behind us. This is not what you want when returning from your holiday. I had to get in touch with the operator who then lifted the barrier after checking my booking details. Obviously there is a problem with this procedure as other users had the same problems which does not making using the parking in future.

I would have probably scored you a 10 but was a bit disappointed when I tried to exit and was asked to pay £185 when I had already paid my fee in advance. This was rectified but unnecessary.

I booked with you before I had the departure details , which, after many years of travelling from Gatwick South, had been changed to North. I rang your helpline to be told you were no longer able to transfer me to North, so I had the pain of the shuttle and on the reverse.
When I got to the gate on the return my ticket would not let me leave, despite by Reg, clearly showing. No idea why but the man on the desk sorted it (1/2 a mark)

On our return the bus was full and someone was leaning against the pole with the stop button obscured so we missed our stop (2) and had to go all the way round again. Apart from this excellent service.

Yes facilities were as described, only problem we had was when we went to leave the car park the printed ticket to exit the car park would not scan, so wasted valuable minutes trying to get that to work, eventually the attendant let us out after checking her records.

Some difficulty leaving without paying again. Have never experienced this before, have always just driven to the barrier which has lifted when my number plate was recognised. Other people didn't seem to be having a problem.

As advised, it was essential to write down the car park zone and row number where we parked. A bus was waiting both going and as we came out the airport so got back to our car fairly quickly. The instructions on the bus were clear so was easy to know where to get off to find our car. Would use long stay again as value for money and speedy transfer to and from airport.

When I came to leave the car park it asked for payment of over £300 even though I had pre booked and paid, however it was quickly resolved by the customer service rep when I pressed the help button, other than that every thing went very smoothly and I cannot fault the service.

Everything was fine and well organised except for exiting the car park on our return. The ticket would not scan and we were not the only ones. My son had to leave us in the car at the barrier and go to the office. Luckily I had my paperwork with me and we were let out but another family only had their paper ticket and no paperwork on them and they had to pay. I have been told since returning home this car park scanning system is an absolute pain. Other than that everything was good

We tried to change terminal on our booking, because our flights were changed due to liquidation of Monarch Airlines. It was too expensive to do that, so we had to leave our original booking with parking at South Terminal and get the shuttle from South to North Terminal to get our flight (so had to make extra time at in the morning!!). Would have thought under the circumstances, you would have changed the terminal without charge.

When I reached the exit barrier a charge of £225 was requested. I had to request assistance and get the charge cancelled before exiting. Never happened before and unhappy with the delay.

The number plate recognition seemed a bit slow. I had to press for a ticket.
I then needed to go to exit to get a ticket to exit the car park this was at 00-45a.m. The staff were extremely helpful.

you seem to have a new system.on arrival I got a paper ticket from the machine.When trying to exit the machine would read this so I had to ask for assistance to sort it out.This took some time.Not as good as the old system

Parking was great the only down fall was when we leave the CAR PARK it does not recognize that we have book our Car Registration. the on the night there were 3 others car owner who could not exit with the same problem.

everything went well with parking, we had to rebook flights due to Monach and then we had a cancelled flight with EasyJet from Tenerife, but you guys were brilliant on exit, just one point, when I needed to go and explain our situation at Customer Service near exit the parking isn't very good, a small point, but reversing in rain at night with no proper slots to park, otherwise, we'll be back!
