Please, please work on a Map showing the entrance. We also had a problem with the ANPR camera picking up our car. Also with all due respect we were requested to come to the offices on our homeward bound journey when all we wanted to do was to make our exit and get home! So not a good start

The barrier opened to let us in. The bus arrived within minutes. On return, ticket in machine. Barrier opens and on our way.

The only problem was on exit when I was asked to pay £95 as an outstanding amount.The problem was soon sorted and we were on our way

Booking all went very smoothly - just unfortunate for us that the car park was the very last to be visited by the free bus service so tok a very long time to get back to our car on our return !

On my return, which was well within my time bought at the car park, I was unable to get out and was faced with a charge of £187 at the gate.
As I had already paid it was sorted but the person dealing with me sounded very fed up with me whilst explaining how to retrieve my ticket and exit the parking lot. I expected to be able to drive straight out without any further hassles.

As I had already paid it was sorted but the person dealing with me sounded very fed up with me whilst explaining how to retrieve my ticket and exit the parking lot. I expected to be able to drive straight out without any further hassles.

The bus between the car park and airport terminal are no longer as frequent as they used to be. We had to wait an age for both trips.

Slight problem when the exit pay machine tried to charge us £178 when we had pre paid online. It was sorted by the attendant when we spotted the camera had got the number plate slightly wrong

Buses &a coaches are signed to the lower level and once your down there, there are no signs for long stay, only short stay. Only when we ventured up and investigated that we had gone to the lower level to the buses and couches, which is what the paper work said!! Which was wrong, so extra signage is needed x also booked long stay at south T when needed North T.... web chat needs more staff too!!

I have used holiday extras before hence why i used again. Parking was very good, extremely close & all staff helpful. My booking wasn't recognised but the staff sorted it very quickly.

I parked in the wrong place, because the post codes are the same??? Luckily, the parking operators took pity on me and did not charge me the difference. Better directions next time?

The price was not much cheaper than without holiday extras. When I got to come out of barrier, the machine asked me to pay. I had to reverse, making lots of people very cross, and then go to the pay desk, talk to the lady, who agreed to put the barrier up for me, but by then others were queuing to go through and I had to do it all over again. I know this is not your usual standard.

Again, car registration was not recognised on arrival- car park staff questioned whether I was at the correct car park - it seemed that the order ID meant nothing to them?

On exiting the car park, none of the barrier machines were recognising prepaid customers' tickets, including mine. Not what one needs after a long journey through the night.
