Everything was very good except when booking and it was stated that there was no booking fee or credit card charge and I was then charged a credit card fee, this was refunded promptly when I made a phone call but added unnecessary hassle to the booking, otherwise everything went very smoothly and I would certainly use you again.

Quite a wait for bus pick up and bus very crowded. Difficult to store luggage, on this occasion cab would have been same price and more convenient.

I was at Bus stop 15, the bus was overcrowded, luggage blocking the exits and the bus stopped at every stop, I spent more time at the airport than I did on the plane, there should be smaller buses servicing each section, I will be trying Pink Panther next time it's even cheaper.

It's a little frustrating that you book a space but when you arrive you have to search for it, we were going up and down and around several times until we found a space, I did begin to wonder!

Extremely easy to park, very close to airport and buses were frequent. The only downside for us was the exit from the carpark which wasn't clear.

On the way out to exit the ticket machine said that I owed £125. I obviously did not as I had pre booked. This also happened to the person next to me in the other ticket machine. When I went into the office, the person there was not particularly bothered about this. I did get out after several minutes.

It is not a quick transfer when you find yourself in car park G and waiting for bus stop 14 to arrive after midnight. Never again.

When it is dark - suggest bigger signage to Long Term Car Park and perhaps signage 'above' the bus stops so they can be seen from a distance.

Nightmare. On the way out we parked at G17 bus stop. There were 6 of us waiting to be picked up.In the end we rang on the intercom and got told we would be collected. The bus stopped at the bottom of the road and made us walk with our cases as he was too lazy to come round the corner to the bus stop. On return waited 20 minutes for the bus. Loads of people waiting . Evenyually the bus came and packed us in like sardines then took 30 minutes to go round all the bus stops. He didnt even go round in order just here to there and back again. Everyone was moaning.Will seriously consider whether to us long stay south ever again.!

The driver on the return trip did not announce which zone we were in, or which stop was coming up; as it was dark (10 p.m.) it was very difficult to see, and we were very lucky to realise in time that we were at our stop. Others were not so fortunate, and missed their stop.

Great apart from the bus back. We expected the bus to stop at bus stop one but it sailed past. crowded and we did not know we had to ring a stop bell, and could not have reached it anyway.

We were in car park C as first two were full. Bus returning seemed to take ages as it had to go round the first two. Not too much of an issue though. Didn't see any staff and drivers didn't speak.

The only issue we had was when we were leaving. The ticket had no data on it.so the barrier in the car park would not raise. Rang the button and the gentleman at the airport sorted it.

All very convenient would be helpful to split the rows a and b as well as numbers - lots of v similar cars and dark makes it difficult to spot!
