Gatwick Long Stay transfers

Transfers run every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day over a short ten minute trip. You are delivered direct to the departures level (upper level) and picked up from the arrivals level (lower level), ensuring easy access to check in on departure and swift access to transfers on your return.

Meet and Greet

Slightly more expensive than the park and ride option, but much more convenient, a Meet and Greet parking service means you can drive directly to and from the airport terminal.

Arrival and departure procedures

Arrival: The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking.

On entry, pull up at the barrier where your number plate will be scanned. If your registration is recognised a ticket with your booking reference above the bar code will be printed. If a ticket is not produced, press for ticket. Follow signs to zone indicated, park and board the transfer bus.

During peak periods your keys may be taken and car parked for you.

Departure: For a transfer from the North terminal, go to the lower level and go out of the entrance, turn left and go to the courtesy coach pick-up point.

If you have a reference number above the bar code on your ticket proceed straight to the exit barrier. Otherwise, please call into reception, adjacent to the exit, with your ticket and booking details.
