"Everything ran smoothly, easy to find, well signposted. The signs clearly directed you to the zone, the spaces were a good size and the bus came quickly. My only critism would be that there was no help to place cases on the racking which made it difficult for travellers as people stood with their cases which caused a blockage and the seats were not filled. This meant that customers had to wait for the next bus when there would have been space if passengers had sat down." / 10

"It was very easy to book online and easy to find the car park. The section we parked in was a little way from a bus stop but that was not a problem. The bus drivers were very patient and gave passengers time to put their cases in the luggage racks and sit down before driving away. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly." / 10

"Parking was good all paid for online car park is easy to get to. Pull up to the barrier, number plate is recognised and your ticket pops out. Park the car get on the bus, job done. On return, collect your car, put the ticket back in the barrier and go. No queues no fuss." / 10

"We had to change our booking at the last minute due to the bad weather and the staff at Holiday Extras were extremely helpful. The hotel we were booked into was excellent and the whole package of hotel, car parking and transfers went like 'clock-work'. We would highly recommend Holiday Extras to anyone." / 10

"Excellent - easy parking close to terminal, easy to find and numberplate recognition made it very quick to enter and exit. Buses frequent too. Also, cancellation insurance gave extra peace of mind." / 10

"At Gatwick Long Stay, I had a problem getting out because the recognition system did not recognise my number plate and I had hassle getting the staff to issue a ticket to let me out." / 10

"What can I say? The car park was easy to find, we waited at the bus stop for 5 mins for the bus which took us straight to the north terminal. Again on the way back we got to the bus stop and the bus turned up straight away! Excellent service will definately use you again." / 10

"On checking out of the car park on our return, even though we had pre-paid our on-airport car parking, the barrier would not raise. We had to reverse away from barrier and go into office. After adjustment to their computer, our ticket successfully lifted the barrier for us to exit." / 10

"When we arrived at the barrier the number plate recognition picked up the car registration and printed it our ticket. Then when leaving we approached the barrier entered our ticket into the machine and the machine told us we still owed £72, so I had to reverse the car and enter the building were a lovely lady apologised and activated our ticked which allowed us to exit. Apart from that the frequency of the buses was excellent and the journey too and from the airport was short and I would definitely use the parking services again." / 10

"Only thinbg was we were surprised at how busy Gatwick was at 0200 in the morning. We did not manage to get on the first bus, but the next bus came along within 10 minutes. Our first time of using this service and it worked really well for us. We will difintitely ust it again." / 10

"On arrival barrier did not open had to call attendant, bus services good to and from airport. on leaving car park again barrier would not open and the receptionist infromed me that my card was not activated, so had to go to car and bring my confirmation of booking for her to see the card was then activated and I could then go through barrier.Not what you want to do after your holiday when you are tired and want to get on your way home." / 10

"I always book my holiday parking with you at Flightpath gatwick and every time it never recognises my number plate. This makes the exit from the car park a longer procedure, however the staff were very helpful." / 10

"Using the long term car park at Gatwick North Terminal could not be simpler and the busses run evey ten minutes. The only difficulty comes with confusing signeage as you exit the terminal, but that is Gatwick's problem." / 10
