On return, I rang after clearing my bags. I waited half an hour, rang again and was informed the driver was sent to the wrong terminal. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for him to arrive. It would have been quicker taking a bus to long haul parking.

Took over thirty minutes to get through on the phone, when picking up our car, then waited an hour for it to arrive! Appalling service!! Clearly insufficient staff answering the phones & transferring customers vehicles.

Had to waitmins, before I was told your driver had an issue with my car, however once informed I was able to get assistance from the AA to deal with the problem, your driver was very good informing me what the issue was and was able to get on my journey.

Directions to the car park and drop off point need to be more detailed. And pick up is too slow, arrived at the pick up point to find it deserted and had to wait another minutes for the car. Car was filthy too which is not how it was when dropped off

The meet and greet parking booked with Manor, was a complete disaster on our return at:30 p.m. The bar code printed on the booking did not correspond with the date shown on the booking. We returned on 1st September, barcode indicatedst September. We had to wait for over cars to be moved and eventually got the car back at:00am! Please can somebody call me.....

departure was good when we returned we stood in the queue and did not see our car arrive when we telephoned after mins were told it was there, the member of staff who then showed us our car rudely told us it was our problem for not looking all the other cars were brought to the same spot expect ours, i expect courtesy and were afforded none, in fact when challenged e was aggressive

On my return to the UK, instructions were to call when I had reclaimed my baggage and that I would be met with my car waiting.
I had to get through the terminal, find the car park, get to the applicable car park level and area, and I still had to wait anothermins for my car to turn up.
I could have paid half the price and caught a shuttle bus quicker to one of the car parks further out.
This was not the reason I opted to pay more than other options - I booked this as I wanted to be able to get away quickly after a long journey home.

The staff were excellent. When I left the airport i called to be informed there was an accident out side south and if I made my way to the north I would be meet there if wanted. Very easy great suggestion. Good service would definitely use again.

The service seemed efficient but, I asked the company to ensure that the tyre pressures, especially in the left rear tire were at and/or safe to drive; the delivery driver said that he checked the tyre pressures but, within 1 mile of the airport my tyre pressure warning lights came on.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and efficient- there way a delay of about minutes from our calling to advise we had collected our luggage and our car arriving at the car park - otherwise very happy with the service.
