"They could have been a just a little bit quicker in picking up and delivering our car. They ask you to phone 10 mins before your arrival but it's really not enough time for them to pick up your car. And they ask you to phone them when you're picking up your luggage in the baggage hall. Again this is not sufficient time. You should really call them the minute you come off the M25 and the minute your plane touches down." / 10

"We booked valet parking with Maple Manor. Dropping the car off was fine but we had to wait around 25 mins for the car to be returned to us. When it came back we were asked for £2.50 in cash because our drop off had been at 5am - this was a pain." / 10

"The service was appalling. 40 minutes late to pick up car and designated meeting point was on double yellow lines policed by extremely officious traffic wardens. 30 minute delay in returning car was also unacceptable, plus they lost my husband's parking permit for work during valeting. Meet and Greet is surely supposed to reduce stress not to create it! We would never use Maple Manor again and feel that it reflects badly on the fine reputation of Holiday Extras to be associated with them." / 10

"I booked Airport Parking (Manor Farm, Gatwick)through Holiday Extras. 1st time using a Meet-and-Greet service. Very pleased with the service - it went without a hitch, both out- and inbound. I will use the service again when flying from Gatwick." / 10

"on approach to airport, the lines were first engaged then we could not get through, when we got to the airport we had to wait for about 20 mins before the car was picked up and nearly got moved on by the traffic warden, so felt a bit stressed by that. On return, the phone was answered promptly after we cleared customs and baggage collection, and only waited a short while. The drivers were not that friendly really and i did not realise that i had to pay a charge of £2.50 because it was early morning." / 10
