Arrival Procedures

You should call Maple Manor on 07801 142165 or 01293 776447 when you're about 10 to 15 minutes from the terminal (which will normally be when you're on the M23). Equally, if you're running more than 15 minutes early or late, you should let Maple Manor know and keep them up to date.
Your chauffeur will meet you at the terminal. They will be wearing a uniform. They will help you unload your luggage and check your car for damage. You'll then need to give your chauffeur your car keys - so make sure you've not left them on a keyring with any other keys - and they will take your car to Maple Manor's secured car park while you head to check-in.
You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

Departure Procedures

Once you've collected your luggage, call 07801 142165 or 01293 776447. Make your way to arrivals once you've gone through Customs. Your car will be brought to the same place where you dropped it off.
