have booked with you many times and never had any cause to complain however this time both drop off and pick up from Gatwick North we felt the staff just could not be bothered...they barely acknowledged us, did not smile did their jobs but I felt there was no effort at customer service. Appreciate there is work being carried out so the usual drop off facilities are not available but its all about staff attitude.

Well we have used Maple Manor a few times and w were miffed that unlike other occasions we had to go to a hotel car park rather than right outside the terminal, on our return the lift was broken (cant be helped) and we had to carry our cases down 4 flights of stairs to go to the hotel car park to meet the driver, so all in all we may as well have just paid less money and parked in the car park as we didn't actually think the service was as good as previous times

Staff were fine as usual but due to building works at Gatwick north and you having to have a temperary different car park it was too far away for us with two children and being outside with no cover is definitely an extra put off for using it outside of summer.

New venue for parking at Gatwick with Maple Manor - explained clearly in joining instructions and on the phone. Despite new location car arrived quickly with a very polite member of staff doing the handover - excellent service!

Long queue at 4:30am at Orange car park south terminal gat wick. Car not checked in any way before handing over car keys. Mileage and photos not taken in my presence. I did not feel this was a chauffeur pick up service.

No the staff were very unhelpful on departure. There were no signs to say the car park was closed and no indication of where to meet the person. Following another call the collection man was still unhelpful telling us to reverse down road and drive the other side as he would only drive cars from one side of the pavement. On arrival we discovered it is no longer meet and greet but rather a 10 minute walk through hotels and up and down lifts.

the service received from maple manor parking was awful. On arrival back to gatwick airport we phoned the number provided and had to take 2 lifts and a 10 minute walk with a very tired 2 year old through a hotel and out onto a car park. We got there and several other people were already waiting for their vehicles. There was no members of staff on the car park providing any direction or reassurance that our vehicle was on its way. After 35 minutes our vehicle turned up with no apology for thfor wait. This was meant to be a meet and greet service- very disappointed

The service is fine and relatively slick but my car received a small knock to the rear bumper but of course no-one says anything making you think was it there before but I am convinced it wasn't but how can I prove it!

Unfortunately when my family and I arrived back after being up for 22hours and a 4 hour delay we then waited about 1hour for you to turn up at north terminal only to find you had gone to South. Not very happy driver didn't even apologise for this, the lady we had to phone did though

Not as well as previous times - fairly chaotic because of the car parking closure at North Terminal Gatwick - the Maple Manor agent was overloaded and stressed trying to deal with everyone - improvement please!!!

Everything was efficient from booking to greeting and final collection. Staff were friendly. We thought initially that as we wanted to leave our car at north terminal and collection at the south it would cause difficulty but it went smoothly.

Our Easyjet flight was due to land at Gatwick North Terminal but when we landed we were told we were at the South Terminal. By the tine we collected our luggage it was more than an hour after we landed!! We were extremely concerned about collecting our carbut one call to Maple and the said the would bring the car to the South Terminal. That was such a relief abd sure enough our car was delivered within minutes of us arruving at The Orange Car Park. I will definitely be using Maple parking again.
