- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Due to the volcano eruption we were delayed returning which was charged for whereas other companies wavered the charges for their customers extended stay.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet even though the volcanic ash meant we were delayed returning, maple manor ensured our car was delivered to the airport with no complications when we returned. we would like to thank mm for their excellent service and excellent value.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet The thompson rep was fantastic and kept us fully informed of the volcano delays, we were well looked after. Highly recommended and will use Thompson again.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet As ever, everything went well. Slight problem getting through when leaving due to busy lines. Also we thought it a bit hard to change £5 per day extra due to delayed return as a result of the volcanic ash problem.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Once again Maple Manor kept us waiting despite giving them 10 minutes warning we waited another 10 minutes for our car to be collected and again 15 minutes for it to be returned. This is the worst timekeeping we have experienced over the many years we have used your service

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet service was fine, but having booked specific times for meet and greet collection, and given a quote, was annoyed to then be charged a surcharge for an early morning pick up

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Because your parking prices were so good we could afford valet parking.
That meant we could leave home 30 mins later and on our return the car, nice and warm, got to the delivery point before we did.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet The staff at Maple Manor were friendly and polite. They were waiting to collect our car when we arrived even though we were early and we were waiting no more than 15 mins on our return to Gatwick. All in all an excellent service that I would certainly use again and recommend to friends and family.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet We had to wait for Maple Manor to meet us at Gatwick for 30 minutes, which was a bit too long, but the staff was quite friendly, and again coming home, we had a wait for them to return the car.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet At departure the service was fine - we waited no more than 6 or 7 minutes for the driver to come and collect my car. On arrival back to the UK we waited half an hour in pouring rain, when we had an urgent need to get away quickly, because they told us to go to top storey departures level and failed to communicate this to the driver, who was waiting in a different place. When I rang to find out where the driver was, there seemed to be a lot of confusion. Although they were courteous at all times, this is not the standard of service required. The whole point of valet parking is speed and convenience.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Meet and greet service was great. The person was there when I arrived both ways, which is always a big help to start and end the holiday. I have used this service before and will continue to do so.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Valet Parking: Drop Off was fine. Quick and easy. Return was not so good, we had to wait in the cold for some time for the car to arrive, despite taking the walk from Baggage Reclaim, where we phoned, very slowly with a stop on way.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet The Gentleman who dropped the car back to us was extremely helpful as we landed at the South terminal instead of the North he was still with us in no time and extremely helpful

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet We have used you a few times now and you delivered good service again. The only downside this time was the delay in you meeting us following our journey to the airport. We had to circle the roads around arrivals a few times.

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Whilst the drop off and pick up were relatively smooth and the drivers professional and courteous, I do not approve of an early morning drop off surcharge being demanded in cash before I get my car back especially as when I booked it was very clear of the all of the timings - why wasn't I just charged then on my credit card?

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Will definitely use Maple Manor again - hope it's available at other airports? Takes the hassle out of finding space and transferring from car park to terminal - I just walked into departures, and on way back just got in my car and was on my way home without delay. Brilliant!

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet All went well, well worth paying the extra for the meet n greet saves a load of messing around. Shame about the parking officers making you constantly drive around in circles whilst you wait the company to take the car though!

- Maple Manor Meet and Greet Excellent service. We phoned as we neared Gatwick north and the chap was waiting for us even though it was so early in the morning (4.45). On our return, we phoned once we had our baggage and we had a little wait but this was more due to the amount of traffic that was coming through
