Overall the experience was excellent the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Two suggestions I have are firstly, the signage of where're to drop off the car in Car Park 5 could be improved. There was no prominent Maple Manor signage and the booking in staff could maybe wear a maple Manor hi-viz vest so they could be easily spotted. Secondly, there was no 'check in system' on arrival. Three additional cars arrived soon after I did leaving the collection driver confused who to serve first. When he asked who was next, he got the expected response as everyone said 'me!' And then complained when they had to wait. I think you put your check in team & customers in a difficult position as, with only one driver/check in operator on duty, there is no-way he could know the right order. That brings me to my third point. If customers a booking a drop off time, you should really have more than one person in the area. I could hear the drop off driver asking colleagues to stay and help but it shouldn't be that way if customers have called ahead with their arrival time. In my mind, you should give priority to a customer that follows your process and if a customer doesn't, then they should have to wait. Having said all off the above I still thought it was an excellent service and will use Maple Manor meet & greet again.

I have used maple manor on several occasions.
It took mins to get my car from after calling them from baggage claim. Bit disappointing when a friend rang 2 mins before me and car was there waiting when we got to the carparkmins later. Other than that I have used these many times and would again cos of the convenience and value for money off booking this service

Traveling on my own made it very difficult to call minutes before arrival. I had to pull in to a service station which was annoying.

The directions to the car park are very unclear. There are three barriers to enter the car park but nothing to tell you which one to use. We took the middle one and drove round and round without finding your rep. Your rep on the phone was very unhelpful. she could have just said "Reverse and take the left hand entrance". Your rep at the barrier just smiled and pointed vaguely. He didn't say anything!
The return worked out quite smoothly. It's potentially a good service - very easy access to the North Terminal - but you have serious communication issues!!!
