Return of the car takes much longer in the Gatwick car park than it did when the hotel car park was used.

We waited forty minutes in the car park. We're then told if we did not want to wait another hour and a half my husband should go with a member of staff and pick the car up himself. He was then left to find his way back. We were issued with a ticket to exit the car park which didn't work. We were in line behind all the other meet and greet customers whose tickets didn't work. We'd have gotten home an hour and a half earlier if we'd used the long stay car park. Had a wedding to go to next day, got to bed after 3 am. Disgraceful.

We had to wait over 2.5 hours for our car! Took us the attempts to call them as hung on for mins each time and got cut off. After over 2 hours my husband had to go in a minibus to their compound to collect the car. We were freezing and in summer clothes

On return our flight was delayed. We phoned Manor parking on arrival but after mins they still did not answer. We went to the pick up point and got one of their operatives to phone on his direct line and then had to wait mins for the car

Staff were extremely polite and helpful, but due to a number of delayed flights arriving at the same time we were told it would be-40 minutes before our car could be delivered to us. Not exactly what we expected at.30 in the morning.

I require:
1. A substantial refund
2. The precise location of where the car was parked.
3. A clear statement on what changes will be made to avoid this happening in future.

We were told to call when we were at luggage collection so we did. Unfortunately there was a problem which resulted in a delay so called again to let them know. Was then told that I would be charged £10 an hour for the parking if the problem wasn't resolved. Fortunately we got back to the car before the hour was up so there was no charge, but could have been costly. Not enough information given at the time of booking.

The staff seemed not to care i asked 3 times where is my car.i phoned twice for some one to say it was on route. Over minutes from the last phone call the car arrived.
Im the early morning hours you just want yo get home not sit in a car park waiting for the car

Very smoothly. On arrival back at Gatwick, it might have been useful for the person on the end of the phone to remind us of the location of Parking No. 5. Parking No. 6 is just opposite the terminal and No. 5 is opposite, but to the right.

We were very pleased with the efficiency of your company. We were met at the airport as agreed on our departure date and on our return e made the one phone call and within a few minutes of our return to the car park our vehicle arrived. We were very Pleased with the service provided.

Very efficient even though we arrived on an extremely busy Saturday in August and returned in the early hours of Sunday following a flight delay! The car was returned having only travelled a few miles, as we checked the mileage both times, and in the same condition as it was left in.

On my return to Gatwick, my car was not waiting for me, despite my having phoned as requested. It took over half an hour from arriving at the pick-up point for it to arrive, and no-one would explain why this was happening. A phone operator even put the phone down on me when I insisted (politely) that I would like to speak to her superior. I am therefore seeking a refund, as had I been aware that such a delay would happen, and the poor service I would receive, I would never have used your service.

Pick up return service was fine. My issue was when I went to leave the parking the machine I indicated I owed Gatwick parking £713!! No one answered the intercom at the machine so I had to double park with impatient people behind me beeping their horns and run back to Maple Manor area to get help. To my utter disappointment your team seemed totally uninterested in helping me. Lots of shoulder shrugging and excuses. Meanwhile my family is being honked out and feeling vulnerable. No one offered to help me they just pointed at the parking office and said 'not our problem'. Of course as soon as I got to the office they said it's was not their problem either, it's maple manor's problem. Blah blah blah. Disappointing.
