We had to wait for mins from call to the car being returned. I appreciate that you only get minutes grace with the car park ticket, however it is worth telling customers roughly how far away the car is.

On my return to Gatwick North terminal, i called once i had received my luggage and walked over to car park 5 and was left waiting for minutes, so not really meet and greet. I Would book with HolidayExtras again, but not from Gatwick at least not meet and greet

Drop off was fine; but on return we had to wait for minutes for the car despite having phoned ahead as per instructions. Staff onsite said it had been a very busy day and this was the reason for delay at 9.45 in the evening. They also said that between -1300 that day there had been a one and a half hour delay for those trying to drop off their vehicles prior to departure- this could clearly result in missed flights and if this was indeed the case then hit is a problem that needs addressing. It is a fact we will bear in mind when choosing and booking airport parking in the future.

Not the happiest bunch of people. Missed the entrance ion arrival as poorly signposted. Had to wait for car when we got home after calling staff as requested. Good location.

First time we have used the meet and greet service at Gatwick. Whole process worked very smoothly. Staff were helpful and friendly. They were ready to greet us when we arrived, and returned the car within 2 minutes of reaching Carpark 5 on our return. The car had been valeted as requested to a good standard. Would definitely use the service again.

Good simple directions and polite staff. Parking was easy and just a quick lift ride to departures. On the return journey called the car park operator at baggage collection and our car was delivered to us mins later.

Only issue is waiting for car - similar service at LHR has car waiting for you, but at LGW it's not until you call that they start to get your car. I called as instructed when I had my luggage and then walked to car park - others got their car quicker as they had called earlier.

These are supposed to be experienced drivers
However when my Range Rover was delivered back to the car park the hit the hight restriction and scratched the roof
If they were experienced drivers they would know to lower the suspension or if in doughy not enter the car park at all!!

The outward bound collection was uneventful, but coming back was a different story. The driver took a very long time to return the car to us, which was unfortunate as it was silly o'clock in the morning. However, the agent based in the carpark was extremely helpful and it was nice to see someone who was happy in their work.

When arrived at Gatwick we were trying to get into the area to park up but had it cones up so could not get in area, my husband had to start getting out of the car to move the cone as we were sat there blocking part of the exit before someone came to let us through, apart from this it was okay,

Drop off excellent, on return there was confusion with people dropping off cars and picking them up, people dropping off were blocking in people trying to leave car park, lot of confusion, staff could have helped more to avoid confusion, my husband had to get a car to reverse so we could get out as they were stopped in an aisle blocking everyone's exit

I called the office once we had picked up luggage and walked to car park with my father, in wheelchair provided by special assistance. This was at.59. My car was not returned to car park until.30 And this was only after I asked the attendant to phone to see what the hold up was. My father had to rest on the crash barrier while we waited.

We followed instructions to not ring until we had luggage. We then had to wait mins for our car. Not good enough at 1.30 in the morning to have to stand and wait for so long. The whole idea of meet and greet is not waiting? Could of got a bus to long stay and been at car quicker
