      "Valet parking at Gatwick. Arriving OK, one member of staff, pleasent and helpful. Returning not so good. Car parked in very tight spot although we had informed them that we had a disabled passenger and wheelchair/walker. Girl on reception OK but no help offered although it started to rain heavily." 8 / 10

      "When we returned, the valet parking told us that they had lost our car. Then they found it but told us that they had lost our keys. It took over an hour to find them at 11.30 at night with 2 very tired children. We were entirely dissatisfied as we paid for a quick and premium service. I realise this was the fault of the parking service run by NCP rather than holiday extras which is why I would book with you again - the booking process was fine. It was the service delivery that was the problem." 1 / 10

      "We were so glad we had booked this service. Arriving back from Cyprus at 3am and having the car waiting a few yards from the terminal was perfect. Our car wouldnt start but it had been jump started and saved us a lot of hassle." 10 / 10
