Arrival Procedures

Please follow signs for Short Stay Parking the Valet Parking reception point on the third floor of the North Terminal Short Stay car park. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 502349 at least 24 hours before arrival to reconfirm.

Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.

Departure Procedures

On arrival, please telephone a member of the valet staff from the arrivals hall. Your car will be waiting for you at the pick up point, where you left your vehicle on arrival.
