Arrival Procedures
On arrival at the hotel please go to the car park office located in the hotel. Present voucher and check in. You will need to exchange your booking voucher for your transfer tickets, so please make sure you bring it with you. You will be given a transfer ticket to present to the driver of the bus allowing all your party free passage to and from the Airport. Your car will be parked close to the hotel on a site which is manned 24hrs a day.
Departure Procedures
Proceed to the courtesy bus pick up which are clearly signposted at both terminals. Remember that this car park runs a scheduled service which picks up from South Terminal at 15 minutes past the hour and North terminal at 20 past the hour. Traffic conditions can affect these timings, if the bus is more than 10 minutes late please call the hotel on 01293 862171. If you have just missed a bus we recommend you stay in the terminal for a drink before proceeding to the pick up point.
