  • Short Stay Booked online, although computer system didn't recognise car and we had to get separate ticket. Staff very helpful and we didn't have to incur any additional vosts

  • Short Stay Suggest telling customers to go straight to level 5. Signs not always clear in car park for directions to level 5. Turning into the ramps is a challenge even on a mid sized car. I am sure car park layout could be improved!

  • Short Stay Car park was excellent and very easy to negotiate. There was nothing wrong with the lounge, all the facilities were as expected and clean but did not feel it offered value for money. However the service of the website was top notch and easy to use. Will definitely use again
