      "Taxi arrived 1 hour early and insisted that take-off was earlier than stated. It was not! Asaesult we missed a meal at the hotel and hsd to spent an extra hour in a crouded, noisy and horrible departure lounge!!!" 7 / 10

      "we thought the whole experience was the very efficient and slickly handled. The travel on the return bus was busy and a bit of a nightmare as everyone has luggage and some racks are at a difficult height. Also the stampede for the desk to collect keys though all staff dealt with us as best they could. Not aided by 2 groups checking which caused a queue for our group. Perhaps a separate desk point for the bus load which has arived?That said, excellent economical service and well done." 10 / 10

      "Everything was great and was as advertised. Staff were helpful too. One minor observation was that buses were very full as they only ran every 20 minutes so everyone was squashed in, but saying that the journey is only three minutes or so." 8 / 10

      "when we arrived back to the uk , we waited 15 mins for the bus to arrive at the north terminal he was 7 mins late, total time 22min a large crowd gathered in that time 3 No NCP buses arrived next to us , this was 5pm in the evening, maybe slighly cheaper on the car parking , but service from the terminal was a let down." 8 / 10

My only upset was that I thought we were flying from North terminal but ended up flying from South and when I called to ask if it could be changed I was told 'don't worry you can just get the train across', it was easy etc but I feel it could have saved sometime if we had been changed to South car park as we landed at 02.20 and it would have just made things seem easier when we landed." 8 / 10
