      "My return flight from London was cancelled and I didn't arrive back in Glasgow to collect my car until the following morning. I fully expected to be charged for the extra time my car had been parked, and was more than willing to pay, but the staff at Airparks said it was not their policy to charge customers extra if a flight had been cancelled. I was very impressed with this and will continue to use them in the future." 10 / 10

      "This had to be by far the best option we have used to date. I usually always book parking with yourselves, only we tend to take a hotel and park depending on flight times. This worked well with us, we came out of the airport and straight on to the transfer bus, got to our car and cleared the ticket in amazing time. Lovely man on the ticket desk with a smiley face, so late at night too. Thank you again Holiday Extra's and I will look again to book later in the year." 10 / 10

      "I use Holiday xtras 3/4 times a year. So far without any problems whatsoever. That said on our outward journey the pick-up was very slow. I think you may have reduced your driving frequency. It took 25 mins to clear your parking lot at Glasgow. NOT GOOD!" 8 / 10

      "You e-mailed to say the the parking arrangements had changed when in fact they had not and I still had to leave my keys with reception. Car park could have been better sign posted especially near the other similar parking facility. Otherwise OK." 8 / 10

      "Bus driver was so pleasant. No waiting about. We were straight onto a bus both outward and inward (middle of the night!). Travelled from Perth to Glasgow and it was cheaper to park the car for a week than to have someone drop us off and pick us up (two return trips). Stress-less. I like." 10 / 10
