      "My paperwork advised I should go into the office and present the ticket/booking confirmation. However, I could have driven straight to the barrier and exited using the ticket. Perhaps update the wording on the booking confirmation?" 8 / 10

      "Car park was convenient and transport to Terminal 5 very good, BUT there were no instructions as to how to get back from Terminal 5 to the car park. It would have been very useful to have been told to go to bus stop 17!" 4 / 10
