The business parking was perfect. However the lounge offer that you presented to me, and I took you up on for 4 adults was atrocious. Not value for the £60 cost. I would have been better taking my family to the fast food outlook where processes are applied to keep them clean. The Swissport lounge was small, dirty and the staff sounded and looked disinterested in us from the reception throughout. I was ripped off. I have taken the time to complete this feedback and wonder will you take the time to address my dreadful experience.

No not everything went smoothly at the barrier to exit the car park the machine informed me that £108.00 was outstanding? I paid when I booked by credit card? This is not the first time this has happened?

I've always used long stay parking before but this trip business parking was the same price so I went for it and it was great. So much quicker to and from the terminal and the bus wasn't crammed with people and luggage. Coming back it took less than 30 minutes from getting off the plane to being on the road heading home.

Nice and easy to use. A short trip between the car park and terminal makes this ideal for parking. The Swissport at terminal 3 was definitely worth doing.

yes, but you should really just give the sat nav address more prominence. The driver could also tell us where to get the return coach as he drops you off, we went to the wrong level 'buses' in terminal 2

everything worked out well and the staff were very friendly. Only problem we had was that after a long drive, we both arrived needing a toilet and there was not one until we reach the terminal building. Also we had problems getting the car out as everyone was parked too close by our side and behind us.

When you arrive back at the airport (LHR), the signposting to find the return bus back to the car park is totally inadequate. It is pretty useless in fact. Spoils what is otherwise a good experience.

I went to bus stop 16 as detailed in your written instruction, but I wasn't aware that the bus stop was also used for non-business car park, so we had a round trip on the wrong bus!

Facilities as described, easy to access etc. Not so happy that the first bus driver sailed right past me and didn't stop even though it was pretty clear I was waiting, I was parked next to the stop and had all my luggage etc ready just not quite in the stop, he could have stopped and asked though! Luckily the next bus was only a few minutes more. On my return the driver even asked if I was who I was by name which was a very nice touch.

Was just parking arranged through holidayextras this time. ANPR worked first-time both on ingress and egress - that's a first for Heathrow carparks in my experience! Price point was good. Bus was timely and clean. Parking spaces plentiful. 10/10
