"as this was a parking booking it all went very smoothly as it was a terrible morning and everything snowbound, number plate snowed up, so no recognition but the staff made it very smooth and so helpfull can only recomend. " / 10

"Excellent service. I was picked up and droped off about 5 metres from my car, and at both departure and arrivals the bus arrived within five minutes. And the price? 75% cheaper than I normally pay for a competitors service. I don't care what colour the elephant is, I will be using Heathrow Long Term from now on! Many thanks!" / 10

"Very helpful staff and a nice quick shuttle service meant that I was not left standing in the cold frost. Even a very delayed flight beijng rerouted to the wrong terminal was no inconvenience to send a shuttle to pick me up and take me back to the carpark at an ungodly hour of the morning in heavy snowfall. "All went smoothly. Was particulalrly impressed with the car park's handling of a refund when I incorrectly tried to use parking for T1,2 and 3 when leaving from T4, and had to exit and pay a day's fee having been in the car park for 10 minutes. Thank you Parking express." / 10

"Having never used this type of service before I was a little apprehensive but I am pleased to say it was a positive experience. We parked early Sunday morning with no problems. The staff were amazingly helpful and even came out of the office and asked if we wanted to wait inside for the bus as it was a cold morning and we had a young child with us. I will be using this service again and recomending it to others." / 10

"Everything worked very smoothly - though the wait for the bus back to the car park seemed longer than expected, but we then discovered there was considerable congestion on the North Perimeter Road because of an accident, and this may have affected the running of the buses." / 10

"I had the impression that when I reached the long stay carpark i would be directed to a parking space. In fact I had to find a parking space. secondly the machinery did not recognise my details so I had to go to the cashier on our return. Neither was a great problem and i would be happy to use the system again" / 10

"It was only airport parking but it worked perfectly with the automatic number plate recognition making it even simpler than using your credit card, and I saved a lot over just turning up. A VAT receipt request was handled promptly and efficiently" / 10

"Need more coaches to pick up from Terminals, especially Terminal 3. The last two times I have waited 15 minutes for a coach at 7pm and 25 minutes at 10pm. Otherwise the service works very well." / 10

"Everything exactly as described. Did not have to get out of the car at the car park barrier - easy journey home. Bus driver saw us walking towards him on arrival and waited for us, only waited 6 mins for bus on way home. Will definitely use again." / 10

"Great experience. The whole end to end process was as smooth and seemless as described. On arrival at the carpark I particularly enjoyed using the electric buggy cart that transported 7 members of my family and our entire luggage from the car to the bus-stop, although on the way back there wasn't one to be ssen. In addition i found the carpark a pleasant and clean place to leave your car, which gave me the confidence to leave the car for 2-3 weeks without worrying. The transport buses were also well designed to hold all the passengers luggage safely. Although on my return journey we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the bus to pick us up from bus-stop number 17 at T3. Which resulted in the bus being slightly over-crowded, and therefore not everyone could find a seat." / 10
