      "Having never used this type of service before I was a little apprehensive but I am pleased to say it was a positive experience. We parked early Sunday morning with no problems. The staff were amazingly helpful and even came out of the office and asked if we wanted to wait inside for the bus as it was a cold morning and we had a young child with us. I will be using this service again and recomending it to others." 10 / 10

      "Everything worked very smoothly - though the wait for the bus back to the car park seemed longer than expected, but we then discovered there was considerable congestion on the North Perimeter Road because of an accident, and this may have affected the running of the buses." 9 / 10

      "I had the impression that when I reached the long stay carpark i would be directed to a parking space. In fact I had to find a parking space. secondly the machinery did not recognise my details so I had to go to the cashier on our return. Neither was a great problem and i would be happy to use the system again" 9 / 10

      "Everything exactly as described. Did not have to get out of the car at the car park barrier - easy journey home. Bus driver saw us walking towards him on arrival and waited for us, only waited 6 mins for bus on way home. Will definitely use again." 10 / 10

      "Good safety and security, but buses only every 10 mins just to T1 and a 10 minute+ trip so leave plenty of time! On the return the bus stop is convenient outside departures at T1, but having to go via T2 and T3 on your way back to the car is a bit painful, especially if traffic is bad." 7 / 10

      "Great experience. The whole end to end process was as smooth and seemless as described. On arrival at the carpark I particularly enjoyed using the electric buggy cart that transported 7 members of my family and our entire luggage from the car to the bus-stop, although on the way back there wasn't one to be ssen. In addition i found the carpark a pleasant and clean place to leave your car, which gave me the confidence to leave the car for 2-3 weeks without worrying. The transport buses were also well designed to hold all the passengers luggage safely. Although on my return journey we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the bus to pick us up from bus-stop number 17 at T3. Which resulted in the bus being slightly over-crowded, and therefore not everyone could find a seat." 9 / 10
