When we left the car park, we were initially asked to pay £500. We then spoke to an operator and explained we had prepaid and were allowed to leave, but it was a bit worrying.

The only problem came when we were leaving at the barrier. The machine asked for about £520.00 overdue payment. This was quickly sorted out by your staff.

The only problem we had was trying to leave the car park at 5.30 am and the ticket machine said we had to pay over six hundred pounds for the stay. As we had been traveling for 39 hours we were quite distressed. However I had all the paperwork with me and went into the office having had to back out of the exit que. the person on reception just looked at the paperwork and sanction the card so we could get out. No explanation but we just glad to leave.

We arrived at the car park in good time. Got through the barrier OK and told to go towards Zone E... and then spent 20 minutes looking for a car par space that just did not exist. Eventually from shear frustration I left the car parked half-way up a kerb.
Then as we neared the bus stop (2)the bus arrived and then began to move on. Several other people began waving but the driver pointedly ignored everyone, just kept looking straight forward to make sure there was no eye contact .. and drove off.
We all got onto the next bus 15 minutes later.
As a result: we missed our flight.
How can you take £50 from someone months in advance and then not provide a park space?
So thank you for a wasted "pre-booked' car par space that did not exist and of course the missed flight.
You really should be careful with your advertising statement: ..."to deliver outstanding service ...."
You took my money and could not provide the simplest thing: a space to put my car

You couldn't improve on my experience. Booking was straight forward the same goes for arriving to park the car. and the the pick up was so straight forward, it was the best long stay car parking experience I have ever had.

Everything went very smoothly , we just drove in collected our ticket , parked the car and caught the shuttle to the terminal , no problem whatsoever and the return was just the same . The only staff we dealt with were the shuttle drivers and they were very helpful .

Made honest mistake of booking arrival on the date we left our destination,16 Feb not the date of arrival the 17th due to the 8hrs the time moved forward from the USA.My fault cost me £21 extra for a day,compared with £105 FOR THE 3 WEEKS.Nice little earner?

I arrived back one day late due to delays and lost luggage and I found that I had to pay an extra £21 for the privilege. A bit steep i thought, however everything else was extremely good and the bus was at the terminal just after I came out which was a big bonus.

Parked car. Few yards to bus stop, which arrived in minutes. Did nor set car's alarm, as aircraft where flying right overhead and several alarms where going off, and did not wont to arrive home to flat battery. On way back walked out of door, bus stop 16 right there, bus arrived immediately. Back at car in minutes.

When we arrived there were no spaces in the area in which we'd been directed to park. We had to call the office to find out what to do. Even then it was difficult to find a space as the car park was so full, and we spent valuable time circling around the car park until we eventually found one. This is disappointing as we had booked in advance. Not a great start to the trip.
