No problems, got ticket on the way in and accepted the ticket on the way out. Frequent bus to terminal and I got to keep the car keys with me.

Our car seemed to have had its alarm activated by low flying planes - and the battery was therefore flat when we returned. Staff were helpful on the day we arrived. However, we had a very early start and when I asked in advance about the shuttle bus I wasn't told that it didn't start a regular service until 4.00am. One was 'called up' for us but getting from car to terminal took much longer than originally advised.

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours in America so I was a little worried that we would go over our time in the car park. There were no issues with getting the car though and no extra charges when we left - thank you.

The booking had not been sent to the Heathrow system so it could not be found under the reference, my name or the car registration. In all it was a very embarrassing experience and definitely not what was needed after a 12 hour flight.

My booking had not been sent through to the car park so i had to retrieve my computer from a suitcase and log in and show them my confirmation email...not the best way to end 14 hours travelling!! Shame because never had a problem previously with the company

Everything went smoothly even when our ticket was damaged and could not be read by the exit gate machine on our return. The lady on the help button sorted it out very quickly in a friendly and efficient way, so we were not delayed.

My ticket did not work at the gate on departure. Had to go to customer service with proof of booking & payment.
Exit signs need to be larger and clearer. Even though I use the long stay 4 or 5 times per year I still end up going round and round trying to find the way out !!!

Arrived at the car park, parked up and on the bus to the airport in minutes. All very good. On my return I only waited for about ten minutes for the bus, must have just missed one. For the second time in about a year on exit from the car park a message appeared to say that I had to pay £82 approx. Five minutes later, after a visit to the office I was on my way home. A little annoying and frustrating as I was in a hurry but sorted very quickly.

Well - I booked parking and even paid for a cancellation charge waiver. Unfortunately, Lufthansa cancelled my flight the day before the departure - but holidays-extras did not want to cancel my booking as it was already after there 24h-before-start-of-booking deadline. I would never recommend this service as it is not very flexible - but this is exactly what you need as a frequent traveller.
