Directions were great, we found the car park with no problem at all. Entrance was quick and we didn't wait long for a bus. On our return a bus just pulled up as we left the terminal and we edited the car park quickly too.

Long stay parking at Heathrow was good, easy and efficient; but one pick hiccup nearly caused my wife to have a heart attack !. When we had collected our car and proceeded to the exit barrier to our horror the ticket we had been issued with on arrival indicated that we owed £785 in parking fees. Thankfully it was quickly sorted by the office staff, with the aid of our booking ref.

Great service, everything went very smoothly. Easy to follow instructions how to get to the car park, we didn't have to wait around long for a bus either way and nice not having to queue at the end of holiday to pick up car keys. Very good!

All good. Only reason not a ten is that on leaving I faced a charge of £65. Had to stop to sort out that it was prepaid. Plus side however - staff very helpful, pleasant and sorted out quickly.

Our parking was exactly as described and we experienced no problems. We were the only people on the bus back to the car park on our return so the driver kindly dropped us near our car rather than driving us all round the car park.
