Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: At the entrance to Short Stay 4, your registration will be read and a ticket issued with your booking reference on. Drive into the car park and proceed down to the ground floor following signs for Heathrow Meet and Greet. Once parked register your arrival at the Meet and Greet reception opposite the car park. Should your arrival time be earlier or later than that specified in your booking please let the car park know.

Departure: Exit the terminal building via the exit next to the car rentals desks following signs to the Short Stay car park. After crossing the second traffic lane approaching the car park turn right and follow the pedestrian walkway to the Meet and Greet office. A member of the Meet and Greet team will hand you your car keys and escort you to your car.
