Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: Proceed up the ramp onto the departure level forecourt and stay in the far right-hand lane, follow this to the end where there are 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park here and proceed into the reception office in the centre of the concourse where you will booked in and a damage check of your car will be undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1633.
Departure: On arrival, your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.
