Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: Proceed up the ramp onto the departure level forecourt and stay in the far right-hand lane, follow this to the end where there are 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park here and proceed into the reception office in the centre of the concourse where you will booked in and a damage check of your car will be undertaken. Failure to park within the 10 Valet Parking bays may result in a parking fine or the car being towed away by the Metropolitan Police and a charge levied against the owner.

Departure: Once you have cleared Customs please call 020 8976 9614. Your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.
