"Would have been a 10/10 if it wasn't for the fact that we had to wait quite a long time to drop the car off and get the paperwork sorted. Otherwise the service was great and the car was ready and waiting for a very quick exit from T5." / 10

"A fantastic service and worth every penny. The ease of drop off and pick up was very impressive. Having come off a 12 hour night flight, the sight of my little car waiting immediately outside arrivals was wonderful - a much nicer end to a holiday than the usual trek through windswept carparks. If you can afford that little bit extra then opt for the valet - you won't regret it." / 10

"Although your service cost more than conventional car parking i just turned up, dropped the car off, signed a form, left the car key and walked across the road to the terminal. No waiting for a bus and hauling my luggage around - perfect !" / 10
