  • Official Heathrow Airport Long Stay Plus Service was polite and efficient, much better than purple parking who i usually use. Like the parking plus delivery of car on our return saves a lot of messing about after a long flight. I have already booked for my next trip.

My reason for not giving a 10 was due to the fact that the valet parking office on our return is hidden behind the lifts which meant we had to go searching for it. We will certainly utilise this service again.

    There was no contact from Holiday Extras indicating what I should do next, or to offer a refund.
    When I called to request a refund I was told that in the small print refunds could not be given after the date of travel.
