  • Official Heathrow Airport Long Stay Plus The car parking arrangements were excellent. My reason for not giving a 10 was due to the fact that the valet parking office on our return is hidden behind the lifts which meant we had to go searching for it. We will certainly utilise this service again.

  • Official Heathrow Airport Long Stay Plus I was due to fly out of Heathrow on 19/12 but my flight was cancelled due to snow.
    There was no contact from Holiday Extras indicating what I should do next, or to offer a refund.
    When I called to request a refund I was told that in the small print refunds could not be given after the date of travel.

  • Official Heathrow Airport Long Stay Plus I used Parking Plus - usually I use the ordinary Long Stay. Everything went very smoothly - I have no complaints, but I can't see it is worth the extra money. I think the Long Stay service is excellent too. The score of 6 is value for money and perceived benefit.

  • Official Heathrow Airport Long Stay Plus Better signage on entering the car park to reach the car parking bay and reception - Long Stay Plus gets lost amongst the existing Long Stay signage. Efficient, helpful bus drivers and reception staff. Clean premises. Might want to offer car valeting if you don't already.
