Heathrow Long Stay Terminal 4 Transfers

Transfers to and from terminal 4 take between three and seven minutes. They run every seven to eight minutes between 5am and 11pm, and when needed outside these times. Transfers are included in the price.

Transfer hours:

Disabled facilities: There are disabled parking bays next to reception. However, the transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, you'll need to let the car park know in advance so they can arrange transport for you.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.
At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number, give you a ticket and lift automatically. Keep the ticket with you as you'll need it when you get back. Then, drive in and park in a space. It's a good idea to make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket, along with the nearest bus stop to make it easier to find your car when you get back. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus and you'll be at check-in in 4 minutes. If you have any problems, press the call button for help. Transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 run when needed only, so if you need to get from the airport to the car park between these times, call the car park and the transfer bus will come and get you.

Departure: You'll need to catch the transfer bus back to the car park from Terminal 4, so go to bus stop 3 to wait for the bus. Once you're at the car park, pick up your car and drive to the customer service office next to the exit, where they'll validate your ticket so you can leave the car park. All that's left then, is to drive out the barrier and head home.
