Heathrow Long Stay transfers
Transfers to and from terminal 4 take between three and seven minutes. They run every seven to eight minutes between 5am and 11pm, and on demand outside these times. Transfers are included in the price.
Disabled facilities: There are ramps at all the bus stops, and the buses have ramps which can be lowered to allow easier access for wheelchair users.
The disabled parking bays are next to the customer services office.

Meet and Greet
Slightly more expensive than the park and ride option, but much more convenient, a Meet and Greet parking service means you can drive directly to and from the airport terminal.

Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: At the entry barrier, the machine will print a ticket showing your car registration number. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated.
Departure: Go to bus stop 3 and wait for the transfer bus back to the car park.
Drive to the customer services office next to the exit to have your ticket validated before you leave the car park.
