Heathrow Long Stay Terminal 5 Transfers

Bus transfers are included in the price and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Transfers run every 10 minutes between 5.30am and 11.30pm and take five to seven minutes. Outside these times, you should request a transfer using the intercoms at the bus stops.

Disabled facilities: There are parking bays for Blue Badge holders near the bus stops. The transfer buses are wheelchair-accessible.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference and the barrier will open. Park in the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties or the barrier does not raise, press the call button for help.

Departure: Drive to the exit barrier. If your booking reference is not printed on the ticket, or you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.
However, if your booking reference is printed on the ticket, simply drive up to the exit barrier and insert the ticket you were given when you came into the car park - the barrier will raise.
