The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.

At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference and the barrier will open. Park in the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties or the barrier does not raise, press the call button for help.

If you are arriving between 11.30pm and 5.30am, you will need to request a transfer by the intercom at the barrier on your way in. Otherwise, transfers run every ten minutes without request.

When you've parked simply hop on the transfer bus to the terminal. It runs every 10 minutes and takes just 7 minutes - and the best thing is, it's included in the price.

On your return to Heathrow Long Stay Terminal 5

Transfers run back to the terminal every 10 minutes between 5.30am and 11.30pm.

As you exit the arrivals hall at the lower level, check signs to for directions to stop 21. The bus stops are located immediately outside the arrivals hall.

Outside of these hours, you will need to summon the transfer bus from the intercom on the bus stop.

Back at the car park, drive to the exit barrier. If your booking reference is not printed on the ticket, or you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

However, if your booking reference is printed on the ticket, simply drive up to the exit barrier and insert the ticket you were given when you came into the car park - the barrier will raise.
