very large car park - car reg recognised when drove in, I had booked online, collection/pickup buses on time, all went smoothly, remembered to take picture of nearest post number with my mobile to use when I got back a week later to find my car. Second time I have used this company for car parking.

The problem I encountered was on checking out of the car park. The barrier would not open and I had a message that I owed £300+ The guy at the end of the help button was very helpful and I was not delayed for too long.
I found the car park very dark and poorly lit at 6am when I had to find my car and then scrape off ice.

I arrived back after a 14 hour flight early in the morning and I had to go to the reception desk as the barrier didn't let me through with vehicle recognition quite annoying but everything else was ok

Very easy to book and instructions for getting to and using car park were brilliant, e.g. post code, time to allow for transfer to terminal etc, bus stop info. Way better than booking direct with Heathrow Parking

Modern, clean hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Not as close to T5 as name suggests but close enough to meet our early flight without trouble. Arrived around 9pm & had a little trouble parking so get there early if you can! On the whole a great stay, I would recommend to friends.

Everything worked fine. Didn't have any interaction with staff. Only thing you could improve is to persuade them to improve signage in the car park - it is truly dreadful.

Had to input the car reg for parking via phone on the day of travel, as it was a hire car. Lady on the phone was helpful and pleasant. Car reg not recognised at car park, but staff there accepted the booking ref instead.

Everything went well once we found the car park. The directions took us off a junction early. So we were a while tracking you down. Sat navigation was not much help as you said in your directions. Pick up was punctual both ways. Staff helpful.
