Yes, all went well - no hitches although I found your directions to T5 hard to follow and had to resort to the satnav on my phone. Was I supposed to go through the tunnel or follow the signs to the A4?

bus was late from airport to car park. tried to overcharged for parking although we had prepaid. had to contact a member of staff to clear things up .

Everything went smoothly, found he site very easy to navigate around when initially made the booking, the facilities were exactly as described and easy to find, we extended our vacation and was worried about the car park so I contacted Holiday Extras and was reassured by the very helpful staff that everything would be ok and I would just need to pay the extra when leaving the car park.

We have used your parking facility at T5 on a previous occasion and found it the perfect solution for us when travelling up from Southampton for our flight. We were very impressed with how easy it was to locate the parking area, we were very happy with the security on site and the bus link was exactly on time as per the timetable which is the reason we chose to utilise your facility for a second time and will continue to book with you when we next fly from T5.

We entered the car park through no plate recognition which went really smoothly. Didn't wait long for the bus & only a short ride to the terminal. On the way home the bus was there almost instantly, even though it was 5am. There are various different zone drop points so you can get off near to your car. No problems exiting the car park as you just put your ticket in the exit machine as you drive out. It all went very smoothly

Didn't have a problem with the long stay car park the only problem we had was we flew out from terminal 5 and back to terminal 3..

The only problem was spotting the parking entrance, we missed it first time round. I think a 50 metres pre-warning board would help. It just added a bit more stress.
