Slight problems with barrier not opening on arrival so I pressed the wrong button and got a ticket then barrier didn't open on departure so needed assistance but was sorted out fairly quickly.

You could improve by adding a third "maybe" option to the Yes/No options on this feedback form.
Would I book this product again? Probably not, but only because I try very hard to avoid Heathrow in general and Terminal 5 in particular. Under the same unfortunate conditions of being constrained to use Terminal 5 and if there were no better parking option, then I would book this again, so I have to answer Yes, even though I hope never to do so!

I would have liked a map and post code with my confirmation order as two people that got on the transfer bus when to the wrong car park. It took me a while to get the correct car park details as well.

Bus took almost 25 minutes to arrive when I parked and bus stop speaker was malfunctioning (stop d) so had no clue what was happening. Was pouring so changing locations not an option. Had impression lot was closer to T 5

All went smoothly. Facilties as described. Nice efficient service from T5 Long Stay busses. Only 1 point: It does not state anywhere where to get the bus again on arrival back to T5. It's not where it drops you off, it's down in the basement (off Arrivals hall, which does make sense I suppose) with other bus/coach stop.

The car park did not recognise my car and tried to charge me a second time, the system is useless and very inconvenient, this is the second time this has happened, it caused a ten minute delay in leaving the car park.

Owing to our significant delay with a lost bag we got to the exit two minutes after our expected exit time and were initially refused exit without payment. This was overcome by a call on the intercom to the remote monitor, but it was an uncomfortable moment. Without this slight glitch it would have been a 10!

Only improvement I can think of is to have a few more pick-up/drop-off stops. When you have 3 pieces of luggage and you had to park a long way from the bus stop it can be quite a strain.
