Directions
Make your way to the MBW desk which is located at the lift area of level 4 rows A and B, inside the short stay car park at Terminal 2.
When you're around 30 minutes away let the car park know by calling 0208 759 5252.
Directions to the car park:
- Follow signs for Terminal 2 Departures and head to the Short Stay Car Park, as you leave the tunnel you will need to be in the right-hand lane.
- Keep right as you head up the ramp and use the barrier furthest to the right.
- Take the ticket at the barrier, you will need to retain this and hand it to our terminal captain.
- When you have passed the barrier, follow the signs for Off Airport parking on Level 4, this will take you to rows A and B.
