Arrival and departure procedures

Arrival: On arrival please follow the signs for check in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will then be directed into the arrivals area by one of the Quality Airport Parking hosts. Please take your belongings out of your car and go to our reception facility to check in and handover your keys in return for your vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is moved to the main compound. A courtesy bus will then take you and your passengers to the terminals.

Departure: On return, when you have cleared customs call 0208 754 9222 giving your name and voucher number. Instructions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and it's location so you can return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back to you on production of your vehicle return voucher. Your car will be waiting for you in the returns area.
