"When we arrived at the car park the service was excellent. However, when we returned, we were asked to call a number after we had cleared customs. We then waited one hour for a bus to pick us up, only for it to be full and had to wait another half hour, not what you want to do after a 7 hour flight on a Sunday evening!" / 10

"Outward bound was a very good service. 8/9 Return let you down. Service was slow, but once back at base quick and efficient. Favourable comments about previous experiances from other passengers offset some of this as unusual. Hence 5, otherwise would have been 4," / 10
