"We booked our long stay parking with you at heathrow terminal 5. It was excellent to be less than 20 minutes from when we picked up our bags off of the carousal, to getting the transit bus and then be in our car, through the pre paid barrier and on the M4 on the way home_ Will strongly recomend the service to friends and relatives." / 10

"Once again I booked airport parking, as before there were no problems. Easy to find,good directions given.Car was recognised by number plate , ticket issued, plenty of parking spaces. On return,used ticket to exit car park with no problems. Will definately use Holiday extras next time." / 10
