The ticket sistem need to be improve. The lady at the desk was rude and unhelpful. After a all travel the only think you want is to jump in your car and go home, instead we had to deal with our reservation. My phone did not have any battery andbthe desk lady told me she was anable to check my reservation on herb PC. I had to very tired sons crying while i was looking for a plugnin order to charge my phone and retrive my email.

The small print/important info needs to be made clearer on your emails.
Due to arriving at the airport afterpm I assumed the desk would be closed so attempted to put our card in the machine to exit, only to be charged an additional £44.00 on exit. our total £74.49 for our parking.
I understand when arrived home and re read the desk stays open for late flights, however this is not made clear enough. Also no staff was on hand to advise us on exit. I would like a refund as no money should have been taken from us a 2nd time. Not a great end to a short break!!

Because a large part of the short stay parking at Inverness is now given over to car hire companies I had to hang around the remaining car park until a car left. At that point I had to rush to get that space as my flight time was getting very close and I had my 2 small grandsons to get through security. There seemed to be another parking area but it was not clear how to get into it. The fault was with the airport not your booking company.

Drove round the 'short stay' car park twice but unable to find space so went to the one across theroad which used to be short stay but was unable to enter as it said it was only for hire cars. Then went back to original car park and eventually got a space after waiting 1/4 hour. If pre-pay for the car park you expect to find a space available. I will use holiday extras again as had no quibble with them - however with more flights leaving inverness they should improve parking. I need short stay parking as unable to walk the distance from long stay.

No everything did not go smoothly. I had prepaid my parking but could not get out of the car park without paying a further £33.00. Could not get hold of anyone to talk to and got mighty embarrassed as I created a que of cars waiting to get out if car park so in end, I just paid the £33 and drove out. Will never prepay for Inverness again.

The car park at Inverness is obviously too small and unable to cope with the current demand, cars were parked up on the grass verges & road ways throught the park. i eventually found a space after a couple of circuits round the car park.
