"You seem to have a problem linking your reference number to the car park system. I was asked to pay a charge on exit which meant a delay while we explained to the carpark operator tried to find our booking number. This meant that was an attractive slick system actually broke down. No problem with everything else, and the staff were good to deal with." / 10

"Thankyou, it was an easy to use website, with great savings benefit for parking, the only slight hitch was the car reg was not recognised by the entrance of the car park, but I was not too worried ,since you made it very clear what to do should this happen, and someone sorted it out for us immediately when we returned to the airport, at the multi storey car park as you suggested, the person was helpful and verified the ticket, with the copy of my verification off the internet that you sent to me. It was also great not to have to find lots of change in the middle of the night to pay a car park bill too and to be able to just get into the car and drive off home. "All went very well. However, we were lucky to land on a sunny, if windy, day. On a wet day the detour across to the car park to validate the exit ticket would have been a minus. Inside the terminal was what had been expected prior to reading the instructions. Also, the section of the car park where we found space to park was further than the 2 minutes suggested by your website. We had two suitcases and a tandem to cope with and would have preferred to drop off at the terminal first, before parking." / 10

"I bough airport parking at Liverpool airport and the car park we were directed to was full. The car park staff directed us to another car park but to get out of the original one I had to use my valid ticket. When we got back from our trip I was unable to exit the car park with the new ticket and rang for assistance. I waited 5 minutes for some one to answer, by which time I was starting to panic. I was let out without fuss." / 10

Its within easy walking distance to airport terminal from long stay 2, but some of th parking on long stay 1 is a long walk and not suitable for elderly, infirm are small children. "The only reason I didn't give you 10 was on the return exit, I put the ticket in the machine and it said I owed £57. I tried again and the same thing happened, so I had to contact the attendant, who asked for the booking reference and asked me to try again but the same happened. So he told me to remove the ticket again and then the barrier went up. There wasn't much wrong with this but I had two cars behind me who probably thought I was some sort of numpty who didn't know what I was doing." / 10

"We ran out of petrol just inside the pay barriers and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! They helped us to move the car until somebody arrived to refuel it and we still managed to get our plane. We will most definitely be using the long stay facility again - great price and easy to book online - wonderful!!!" / 10
