I booked late, night before, so car reg number not recognised and no response via intercom so just took ticket at barrier. Emailed from Spain, problem sorted though staff are still slow to respond to intercom.

We are both so impressed by the very helpful staff at the Parking in Liverpool. We, as many others were, were delayed back by 24 hours due to the French airtraffic controllers strike. We thought that the parking would be yet another expense to cover because of this, but no!! We were told that we had been allowed a free 24 hours because of the inconvenience! Well done Liverpool for looking after your customers so well and not making an already horrible experience even more dreadful. Thank you.

The use of your car park went very smoothly I was p;pleasantly surprised how easy it was.However we were bussed to Manchester following cancellation of flight and further cancellations at Manchester. Finished up going home and recovering my car three days early

I booked Fast Track with Holiday Extras but when we got to security we were told it was closed and one of the officers directed us to a queue, whilst there we seen people using the Fast Frack. I will not book Fast Track again.

On attempting to exit the car park the barrier did not open automatically as expceted (ANPR), so i put the ticket in the machine which requested a payment of £280. I then had to use the help button to get out, although the operator appeared not to be able to find my registration number, even though it was recognised on entry as it was even printed on the ticket.
NOT what you want at 10 o'clock at night after being on the move since lunchtime that day.
