Everything went smoothly in and out. This car park is very close to the main building, literally a few seconds walk. It's dry, clean and safe.

Our flight arrived early but the baggage arrived eventually an hour later which took us over our allocated time but because we had paid a small amount extra for the flexible option in case the flight was delayed it didn't matter. I would definitely recommend this option. Booking easy all information sent via email but this is the 2nd time we have had to buzz for assistance to let us in as our number plate recognition didn't seem to work.

Automatic number plate recognition did not work at the car park entry however the car park staff were very efficient and completed the checking in process manually - total success.

Easy booking process and no need for entering reference numbers etc on entering the carpark due to number plate recognition. 1 minute walk to the terminal. I would recommend the multi-storey carpark option at Liverpool.

Details of how to recognise the car park would have saved us having to ask a couple of taxi drivers for directions. Of course our sat nav got us within spitting distance, but we could not identify the car park - it was disguised as a Hilton hotel.
