"The staff were great. I parked my car at the airpark near luton airport. everything was ok apart from he location as I got lost despite using a car sat nav. I think there are some new roads. I would prefer a park nearer to the airport as we got stuck in traffic in the airport shuttle in our way to the airport. this was Sunday morning and Luton airport was busy. We almost missed our flight. On the way back every thing was fine and the car was waiting for us." / 10

"Given the travel chaos this weekend it was reasonably good. But the instructions on where to meet the car could have been better - say a small map on the pick up card! Also an estimate of time would have helped - I could have had a warming cup of coffee. " / 10

"Paid £20 to have the car delivered to Luton as it was late - takes about 15 mins once you phone so don't rush outside if it's cold - worth it late at night but £20 is a little steep - wouldn't do it during the day too expensive" / 10

"Since my husband became disabled it has been a different way of travelling. We rely on people to help us with the wheelchair, luggage, ect. I am pleased to say that we have now used this company on two occasions and both times the staff have been very helpful. They have always helped my husband with his wheelchair onto the shuttle bus and helped with the luggage. It makes travelling so much easier when you know there are people that are willing to help you. So thankyou all. We are planning our next trip and will certainly use Holiday Extra's again. "After a delaid flight we could not get on the first bus after queueing for 15 minutes.We waited for another 30 minutes for the next bus to arrive, it took 10 minutes to load and another 15 to get back to the car park. At least staff were very efficient and the car key were handed over in seconds." / 10

"Very disappointed when we arrived back in UK to have to wait 20 mins for our bus, which when we phoned we were advised by the driver was just 3mins away.It was nearly 4am and we were cold, tired and just wanted to get to our cars, so felt the service was very poor." / 10

"Getting to the car park and airport was absolutely fine but on the way back we had to wait a good 10 minutes (in the cold) for the bus to arrive. There were quite a few of us waiting who I am sure had all paid £64 for a week so I thought it would be better customer service for the bus to be waiting for us at the airport." / 10

"Booking in and out of Slip End, no problem. Biggest wait at Luton Airport. We landed at 6.30p.m. and it was 8.15 p.m. before we got back to our car!! Only one bus every 20 minutes, the queue was lengthy and we get very cold waiting around because there was only a very small shelter, only adequate for about 6 people." / 10
