"Paid £20 to have the car delivered to Luton as it was late - takes about 15 mins once you phone so don't rush outside if it's cold - worth it late at night but £20 is a little steep - wouldn't do it during the day too expensive" / 10

"Since my husband became disabled it has been a different way of travelling. We rely on people to help us with the wheelchair, luggage, ect. I am pleased to say that we have now used this company on two occasions and both times the staff have been very helpful. They have always helped my husband with his wheelchair onto the shuttle bus and helped with the luggage. It makes travelling so much easier when you know there are people that are willing to help you. So thankyou all. We are planning our next trip and will certainly use Holiday Extra's again. "This is the second time I have used Holiday Extra this year. This time used your facility at Luton Airport. Very smooth operations:- booked via call centre; arrived at carpark, directed to a numbered row; collected receipt from office, dropped key in box opposite number row; loaded luggage on a large coach; 15 minute ride and dropped off outside Luton Airport terminal building. Job done! On return leg. Coach arrived within less than 5 minutes at the same place where we were originally dropped off; 15 minutes back to carpark; disenbarked from coach; collected key from office; loaded luggage into car; used a barcode tag on exit. And off we went! Couldn't have expected anything to have gone any smoother. Using Holiday Extra has meant one less thing to worry about when planning a holiday. The bonus is that they are cheaper than the competition too!" / 10

"I used your company recently when going to tenerife from luton airport (2-9 March)and I just wanted to compliment you on a wonderful service. I was hesitant about using you as you were not directly on the airport site, but I need not have worried at all! we arrived back at 11.00pm on a freezing cold night and the your nice warm bus was there waiting, and the young dark haired chap that was at the reception desk who gave us our car keys was particularly cheerful and efficient, even though I was grumpy and tired after my flight.
