"A bit of a wait for bus. Exit machine did not recognise credit card payment made in advance so request for £80 quite a shock. Poor lighting." / 10

"Everything was fine. The only negatives were that the car park could do with some better signs telling you where to get the buses from and also some paths to walk on instead of having to walk on the road and dodge the cars and buses. Not a problem for two adults, could be a problem for a family." / 10

"Got the car-park I wanted at the best price. Buses to terminal were regular resulting in a quick transfer. The Luton mid-term car-park surface could be better (too many large stones - suggest resurface). I had to wait a bit to get out as the intercom was busy. Good all round." / 10

"Advice for return to Luton airport is incorrect - there is no longer an office for the ticket to be validated at. Notices on the payment machines advise to quote reference on exit at gate." / 10

"When you leave and have pre booked all you do is give ref number at barrier not not go to desk at airport as the information sent to us says(could have saved us time as was looking for it)" / 10
