Arrival Procedures
On you arrival at the car park, press for a ticket at the entry barrier and proceed to park your car and collect a transfer to the airport. Please take you ticket and confirmation with you as you will need this for your return to the airport.Departure Procedures
On your return into Luton airport, you will need to go to the APCOA Customer Services desk (located within the airport terminal) and present your car park entry ticket and booking confirmation. Your ticket will be validated by the receptionist.Return to the car park and your vehicle via the transfer service and drive your car to the exit barrier. Enter your validated ticket to exit the parking compound.
