Described as a 7-8 minute walk to terminal, more like 15 minutes pulling your suitcase, and crossing a busy road, would not use this car park again!!

Parking was originally booked in Nov, because of COVID we accepted tokens, so you have had our money for the best part of 3years. When last Saturday the 10th Ryanair cancelled our flight and abandoned us southern France, we had to make our own way home. We had to use a taxi 4 trains,Paris metro, London Underground to get back, arriving in Luton around 10pm. Having spent the Saturday night in the open on the station forecourt, all we wanted to do after 38 hours of no sleep, was to get home. Michelle now tells me ‘ case closed ‘ I realise we were 2hrs over the 24hr but where is the discretion you mention in your paperwork. Up until now your customer service has been great, ordering, suspending, re-ordering, changing details etc. I will not be recommending or using Holiday Extras again if this “incident “ cannot be sorted in a reasonable manner.

Could not see any signage for walking to the terminal from the mid stay car park and there were no buses so would only recommend this parking to fairly active people as it was quite a difficult uphill walk with heavy suitcases.

Easy to park up, secure, good value if booked in advance & within walking distance to the airport if no mobility issues but the shuttle bus was not in use so it could be difficult for some as there is a busy road to cross and several inclines to/from the terminal

The airport was far more than a 7 min walk as suggested. It took us a relatively for family of four with 2 hold bags, 3 cabin bags and 2 rucksacks almost 15 mins up hill.

I am really disappointed that you stopped running the bus in this huge car park. The surfaces are not all even when you have to walk to the airport and there is a bit of an incline as you walk under the bridge. This requires a lot of effort to manoeuvre your suitcases past other people at this point since the path is only wide enough for one person to walk past at a time. As I left the car park at the barrier I was told by the barrier that I owed £210, this was an error, I had paid fully in advance, but it caused unnecessary angst at the end of my holiday. I have changed all future bookings from this car park to one which has a bus.
