Luton Airport recently launched a brand new multilingual communication system to improve passenger experience. The Aviavox system is able to communicate in 9 different languages with links to flight departure schedules.
London Luton Airport will use the new Aviavox to broadcast important flight information in the most suitable language for a particular flight. The communication network will vary language and message content depending on the area of the airport.
Aviavox has been successful in ensuring passengers are aware of security messages and their journey through the airport is quicker and more efficient. With numbers increasing at Luton Airport each year, the new system is expected to alleviate passenger traffic during busy periods.
